Values and how they are met throughout the job
Values
There are, of course, more than one value(s) in being a veterinarian. I have two that I picked out, that stood out the most to me. Well, here you go:
Value 1: helping animals
Value 2: watching animals get better
These careers are met many, many times throughout this job. For the value of helping animals, you do this pretty much on a daily basis. Sadly, some of the times, the animals may be beyond helping, though the effort you put into helping that animal and trying still counts in my book, as long as they're not suffering.
And for the value of watching animals get better? Well, the animals don't only come to you once. After they've been injured or sick, they come in many times to check their healing process or to see if the sickness has gone. They have to come for medicine, and, again, checkups for progress. That is how the values are met.
